TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing received from our suppliers, Supplynet shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.Supplynet shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed .
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. The company reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
JURISDICTION AND VENUE
You agree that any legal action brought against Supplynet shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Rockland County New York.

All products carry a 30 day guarantee to be free from manufacturing defect. If found defective, Supplynet will replace the product at no additional cost.
Requests for returns of merchandise must be made within 30 days from invoice date.
Requests for returns relating to shipping errors must be made no later than 48 hours from receipt.
No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number (RA). You must call the customer service department to obtain an RA number (800) 826-0279. RA numbers are valid for 20 days from issue date.
A 20% restocking charge will apply for all non-defective product returns. Customer is responsible for return freight. Customer does not receive credit for original shipping and handling charges. Returns must include original packaging and must be in re-sellable condition. No credit will be issued for merchandise that does not meet the above conditions.
