We at Supplynet pride ourselves on offering high-quality products. All our items are backed by a 30-day guarantee against manufacturing defects. Should any product be found defective within this period, Supplynet is committed to providing a replacement at no additional charge.

Should you wish to return a product, we kindly ask that you initiate the request within 30 days from the invoice date. In the case of shipping errors, return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt. Please note, no returns will be processed without a valid Return Authorization (RA) number.

You may obtain an RA number by visting your account page and selecting the RMA Request tab. It's important to note that the validity of an RA number is limited to 20 days from the issue date.

Returns on non-defective items for orders valued under $1000 will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Furthermore, any orders over $1000 and all custom orders, regardless of their value, are final and cannot be canceled or returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, and no credit will be given for the original shipping and handling costs. For returns to be accepted, the products must be sent back in their original packaging and should be in a condition suitable for resale. We regret to inform that no credit will be issued for returned merchandise failing to meet these conditions.
